Ordering and offers

What is your minimum order?: Most SKUs can be ordered from a single unit so you can test quality before committing. Grade C and D stock carries a five-unit minimum because it is sold as mixed lots. For pallet or container quantities, contact Alex directly for a quote.
Can I negotiate on price?: Yes. Use the Make an Offer button on any listing to propose your own per-unit price and quantity. We review offers during Hong Kong trading hours and you will see the outcome in your account.
Do I need an account to see prices?: No. Our full stock list and all prices are public. You only need an account to place an order, make an offer, or set a stock alert.

Where do you ship from and how long does it take?: All stock ships from our Tsim Sha Tsui warehouse in Hong Kong. Express air freight to the US and Europe typically lands in three to five working days; consolidated freight takes longer and costs less.

Are the handsets factory unlocked?: Yes. Unless a listing states otherwise, every handset we sell is factory unlocked and carrier-free. Each listing shows its lock status on the product page.
How is stock graded?: We use a five-step scale: New (sealed), Grade A, B, C and D. Each grade covers cosmetic condition only - every unit we ship is fully functional and tested regardless of grade. See the grading page for the full definition.
How do I get notified when a model comes back in stock?: Create a free account, then set a stock alert for the model, grade and capacity you want. You will be notified the moment matching stock is added.

What warranty do you offer?: Handsets carry a functional warranty against dead-on-arrival and non-cosmetic faults. Claims must be raised within the window stated on the warranty page with photographic evidence and the IMEI.
